The helpdesk is now closed!

I want to make a start | Sep 15th 2008

Well Im having a bit of trouble putting my ideas into practise. I have all these great ideas that I want to do at work but I just don’t know where to start!

For example I want to have all staff log jobs they want doing on a central helpdesk but getting them to do that is a near impossible task. I’d also like said helpdesk to check an email account for new jobs and log them on the system automatically, but with our crappy firewall we cannot do this without using authentication. Also php and pear are a nightmare to configure through ISA server!

I’m going to make it my task this week to attempt to move the helpdesk over to the Linux server we use for fog imaging.
